I’m not usually so into super contemporary light work, but the pool piece intrigues me. The idea of experience being that involved, as opposed to just walking into an installation. But maybe its also just because it looks super relaxing…

  1. They just had a really cool ‘interactive’ light and sound show at Anderson Gallery. Did you catch it? One of the rooms you got to lay down on a giant carpet mountain sculpture and look up at a projection on the ceiling while listening to a chill/interesting music loop. So relaxing. Another, you walked through these hanging florescent lights and animal/water/wild sounds were coming from all around you. I think you would have liked the videos of Sigalit Landau also. This one is really long and slow to develop but really neat, esp projected on an entire wall: http://vimeo.com/7246858
